Always a gteat experience at the lodge!! Quiet and great views, very cool outside seating directly outside of your room !! The owners treat you like family and the services they provide are great as well!!
This is the best motel to visit The Great Sand Dunes national Park, only 30 min driving from there. The host is kind and the room are confortable and well heated. I recommand 100%
I really enjoyed my stay at the Lodge Motel in Fort Garland, Co. The room was clean and serviced daily. The management definitely had that "small town hospitality" that you don't get at big name hotels. I appreciated how pet friendly they were and even have and small dog run with a view of Mount Blanca. For a small town motel, the lodge was perfect for me and my family (and affordable).

What a lovely and accommodating family run business. We were welcomed greatly and she even remembered us from a visit a year ago. It is an old motel but clean and safe. We will continue to stay here when we are in town.
Reasonably priced, great value, awesome location. It’s a mom & pop place 25-30 min from great sand dunes national park. Some is a bit outdated but we ran into one of the owners in the morning who said they’re working on it. It was a safe place to relax, clean with all the typical room amenities. Also nice to see a dog park and place to BBQ!
